No Out Of Pocket Cost!*

You need treatment ASAP and that is what we can do for you. All you need to bring with you on your first visit is your medpay information and/or the at-fault party’s insurance information. If you have a copy of the accident report you may bring that also but it is not necessary for your first visit. Due to insurance law in Colorado, we can start treating you right away and in almost all cases you will have no out of pocket expenses for your treatment.

*If you do not have medpay AND if you are at-fault in the accident, “no out of pocket cost” will not apply to your situation. If you are unsure call one of our offices for assistance.
